S.J.H.S. BOOSTERS SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION PAGE

The SJHS Boosters are offering four scholarships for the 2008-2009 School Year.  Click the link below to view and download the application packet which includes three pages.  There is a minimum requirements/eligibility sheet, the application, and a coach/sponsor recommendation sheet.  All parents and/or students who are current members of the boosters and meet the minimum requirements are eligible to apply.  Please complete and return the application to Mr. Turner no later than May 15, 2009.  Be sure that the person completing the recommendation sheet is also aware of the deadline.  Thank-you and good luck!
